Richie's love of the music industry began at an early age when, at ten years old, he volunteered to help with a concert at his church. He knew instantly that he wanted to dedicate his life to this business. At age 18 he began to really integrate himself into the life of music. While working as a bouncer at local music venues, he became a one man road crew for a local band and found the niche he'd been looking for. For four years he worked for free just to be in a van and touring with a band. In 1996 he began working with Limp Bizkit and stayed with them for the next five years. During that time he came upon a band that he felt was extremely talented and gave a copy of their music to Limp Bizkit frontman, Fred Durst. That band, Puddle of Mud, went on to become major recording artists. Since his time with Limp Bizkit he has toured with Staind, Evanescence, Nickleback, Motley Crüe, and many others. Richie is currently touring with Journey but still makes time in his busy schedule to create and run Pound 4 Pound Management.
